USB: ftdi_sio: add support for PHI Fisco data cable (FT232BM based, VID/PID 0403:e40b) Support for PHI Fisco USB to Serial data cable (FTDI FT232BM based). PHI Fisco cable is supplied for connecting Philips Xenium 9@9++ mobile phones. PIDs were missing. Tested successfully with PHI Fisco Data Cable (VID/PID 0403:e40b) Signed-off-by: Lex V.
