Replace CONFIG_SOFTWARE_SUSPEND with CONFIG_HIBERNATION

Replace CONFIG_SOFTWARE_SUSPEND with CONFIG_HIBERNATION to avoid
confusion (among other things, with CONFIG_SUSPEND introduced in the
next patch).
