arm/dt: Add RPM regulator devices for MSM Copper Add RPM regulator devices to be used with MSM Copper. These consist of most of the regulators found on PMICs PM8941 and PM8841. The device nodes are configured with status="disabled" so that they do not conflict with the qpnp-regulator device nodes which control the same regulators.
