V4L/DVB (12290): dvb-pll: Add support for Alps TDEE4 DVB-C NIM No datasheet, data take from code in flexcop driver. That code rounded down the divisor rather than rounding to nearest, which was probably not intentional and the dvb-pll code will round to nearest.
