range: fix bogus misuse of module.h to get printk() This file isn't doing anything with modules and so it should not be including <linux/module.h> just to get basic stuff like printk() and min/max. Revector it to <linux/kernel.h>. Signed-off-by: Paul Gortmaker <paul.gortmaker@windriver.com>
