defconfig: Disable CONFIG_SYSRQ_SCHED_DEBUG for MSM targets CONFIG_SYSRQ_SCHED_DEBUG results in verbose printk output when the "show-task-states(T)" or "show-blocked-tasks(W)" sysrq triggers are invoked. Because this can increase the chances of a watchdog bark when the system is under heavy load, disable these debug prints by default.
