USB: gadget: android: Call gether_setup when RNDIS is selected Userspace code can rely on RNDIS network interface to added or removed at runtime when a composition with RNDIS is selected. Allow this by moving the gether_setup call to bind_config. Also change the name of network device to rndis0 from usb0.
