mach-msm: Add MDM device to platform before slimbus controller Having slimbus device enabled before mdm brings down GPIO pins between MDM and APQ and thereby tabla fails to get detected by slimbus. Adding the device to platform after mdm will make sure slimbus detects tabla during bootup.
