arm/dt: msm8226: Add Temperature Sensor TSENS is used by the thermal driver and thermal-engine to perform thermal mitigation. Seven sensors are supported and driver allows supported clients to read temperature, set temperature thresholds and provide notification once the thresholds are crossed.
