Make compilation fail if CONFIG_COMPAT=y v4l2-compat-ioctl32 contains a security vulnerability mentioned in the Google Android Security Bulletin for December 2017 (CVE-2017-13166, A-34624167). We do not use this file, our kernel config has CONFIG_COMPAT=n. And the patch is quite substantial. This patch makes the compilation fail if the config option is enabled.
