    Hot fixes for two failing test at Harman's:

     * Media codec changes are reverted in the FP2 device project.
       The commit 9e26e32c1bcdb5386d13e06c22a562f9c944beba got reverted,
       as it was merged into FPIIM_WIP by accident.

       The revision used is the one in FPIIM_WIP, i.e. we also take over
       one more commit.  This commit concerns the configuration for the
       software navigation bar.  This configuration entry was moved to
       FP2 device project, and reverted in framework/base project.
       For this software version both, framework and device project
       will include the configuration changes, which will not alter
       the expected behaviour.

    *  Soundrecorder now asks for storage permission.
