remove vestigial WriteFirmwareImage function Nothing calls this, and the updater function it calls no longer exists. The HTC-device-specific thing it used to do was moved to HTC extension libraries. Change-Id: I2252adf44ea0c5beb6e9379215d7337880f66f68
