Add --screenshot-on-ui-failure option to CTS. Add ability to automatically capture screenshots when a test fails with the 'Inject INPUT_EVENT...' message. Also fix bugreport file name format, and fix eclipse classpath. Bug: 8178861,8181269 Change-Id: I9fcfd508f5e1968a4ea0ad8f5d0900d5c91e7e47
