CTS Verifier Bluetooth Test Add the following tests: - Toggle Bluetooth - Make sure BT can be disabled and enabled - Secure Server/Client - Make sure a secure sockets work between two devices. - Insecure Server/Client - Make sure insecure sockets work between two devices. Remove the Arduino Bluetooth helper files, since this CTS Verifier test should cover the same testing. Change-Id: Ifd8ace2b29bbfdbb120953f837e627e96c7d3f7b
