Improve DateUtilsTest. Add a regression test for an old (fixed) bug with "1 minutes ago", clean up unnecessary toString calls, and try harder to only test one method per test. Bug: 3275453 Change-Id: Ibd62353ac7b422137dfb8fddc73388460640a0da
