fix audio policy service binder security tests. isStreamActiveRemotely() and isStreamActive() return booleans and should be tested as such. Bug: 18666440. Change-Id: I6d01523bed0d3343e2e04b758eda0b4187551079 DO NOT MERGE ANYWHERE
