Add test to check for duplicate random output Uses a separate service to make sure it can iterate through all the possible PID numbers and, by the pigeonhole principle, make sure it gets at least one duplicate. Bug: 9984058 Bug: 10276810 Change-Id: I60395b18aecd3f64478c7231653e5f86af3008dd
