Fix CTS XML logs and start time. Create a separate repository/logs directory for storing logs. Don't bundle them in the result.zip. Correctly set startTime in XM when continuing a session. Fix help text for --continue-session. Bug 5608398 Change-Id: Id31bd1ba95f3397caf10cfe3e2efe152934400e8
