Check Device Certificates Bug 4968279 Add CertificateTest that loads certificate fingerprints from CertificateData and checks that the device has matching certificates. The java-cert-list-generator.sh script loads certificates from a libcore directory and generates a Java file with the fingerprints. Change-Id: I0d015d9eba777c4e9fc6ca5acb5879e669e8f7bc
