AI 147957: CTS: Add configuration variable to set max size for a package to be run in batch mode Currently, the value defaults to Integer.MAX_VALUE, meaning that batch mode will be used for all packages. This can be changed in host_config.xml. Note that disabling batch mode for large packages will increase test runtime significantly. Disabling batch mode for large packages may improve stability of the CTS framework. BUG=1816793 Automated import of CL 147957
