Re-submit JUnit4 changes to CtsJavaScannerDoclet Adding back JUnit4 changes to CtsJavaScannerDoclet. The problem was a missing "!" in the code that recognizes a JUnit3 test method, so all non-test methods were being picked up by mistake. This has been tested it with the existing JUnit3 InstrumentationTestCase tests and a sample JUnit4 test. Bug: 15383757 Change-Id: I5e9a5ec72b05f6599fd43f215ecfc38f82c162a3
