Show Failures at Top of Report Displays a separate section for failures as well as timeouts at the top of the report. This was faster in the browser than having a pulldown that dynamically filtered the results by showing/hiding table rows by their class. Change-Id: Ifb61edef60e0151f38d8a2a5fc252a5e14d7aef7
