Send TAB instead of DPAD down to move focus WebViewChromium does not yet support the legacy DPAD focus navigation, so use the more conventional KEYCODE_TAB to move link focus on page. Change-Id: I41fd2c0e7f2325cc85c16103cf0313dd84fc0c8c
