[Sensors-hifi] Allow for slack in sensor range/frequenies. Floating point representations and/or small differences in interpretation of physical constants can cause tests to fail. This does not violate the expecation of the applications. Relax the test parametes slightly at the edges to allow for such cases. Change-Id: I41eb5dc77e1055f2a0ab93da658c508f848e708e
