Android BasicContactables Sample

This sample shows how to search for contacts, displaying a SearchView in the Action Bar for user input and implementing a query Cursor with CommonDataKinds.Contactables.

Introduction

This sample displays a SearchView in the Action Bar when the search icon is clicked. It then implements the LoaderManager.LoaderCallbacks interface to query the contacts table, using a CursorLoader.

Getting Started

This sample uses the Gradle build system. To build this project, use the "gradlew build" command or use "Import Project" in Android Studio.
