The "current" SDK stubs jar should use the full apk that's exported, not the product-specific one. The SDK is not dependent on configurations, and also this speeds up the post-installclean build. Change-Id: I1c075ddf1dd2ca44cc0aa37f23e86ccc593cc2a8
