eclipse classpath: add external/hamcrest (used by mockito) This fixes the "The hierarchy of the type is inconsistent" error when using ArgumentMatcher from Mockito. Change-Id: Ic5e74c7f7020a610fdb1c061a7eb3ecb4c487438
