docs/source.android.com: convert LOCAL_MODULE_PATH to LOCAL_MODULE_RELATIVE_PATH
LOCAL_MODULE_PATH doesn't work for multiarch builds, replace it
with LOCAL_MODULE_RELATIVE_PATH.
