Adding more codecs to the AcmSenderBitExactness New tests include iSAC-swb, PCM16b (8, 16, 32 kHz; mono and stereo), PCM A/u (mono and stereo), iLBC, G.722 (mono and stereo), and Opus. Also adding checks on number of output channels.
