Version 3.17.15 Rolled back API changes to maintain compatibility with older 3.17.x versions of V8. Disable zapping of global handles in release mode. Always mark the entire valid prefix of the descriptor array. (Chromium issue 196331) Use internal memcpy for CopyWords and when copying code.
