Implemented rudimentary module linking (behind --harmony flag)
Implemented ES5 erratum: Global declarations should shadow
inherited properties.
Made handling of const more consistent when combined with 'eval'
and 'with'.
Fixed V8 on MinGW-x64 (issue 2026).
Performance and stability improvements on all platforms.
