- Move static function IsNonPragmaNonMacroLexer into Preprocessor.h. - Add variants of IsNonPragmaNonMacroLexer to accept an IncludeMacroStack entry (simplifies some uses). - Use IsNonPragmaNonMacroLexer in Preprocessor::LookupFile.
