Tweak implementation for allowing ObjC builtin type redefinitions. - Replace string comparisons with pre-defined idents. - Avoid calling isBuiltinObjCType() to avoid two checks. - Remove isBuiltinObjCType(), since it was only used in Sema::MergeTypeDefDecl(). - Have Sema::MergeTypeDefDecl() set the new type.
