Added two new command line arguments:
-cfg-add-implicit-dtors - sets CFG::BuildOptions::AddImplicitDtors for AnalysisCosumer to true,
-cfg-add-initializers - sets CFG::BuildOptions::AddInitializers for AnalysisCosumer to true.
