Handle member initializer in C++ ctor. 
 - Add a new Kind of ProgramPoint: PostInitializer.
 - Still use GRStmtNodeBuilder. But special handling PostInitializer in 
   GRStmtNodeBuilder::GenerateAutoTransition().
 - Someday we should clean up the interface of GRStmtNodeBuilder.
