[analyzer] Use the new registration mechanism on some of the experimental checks. These are:

   CStringChecker
   ChrootChecker
   MallocChecker
   PthreadLockChecker
   StreamChecker
   UnreachableCodeChecker

MallocChecker creates implicit dependencies between checkers and needs to be handled differently.
