clang-format: Fix parsing and indenting lambdas.

Before:
  void f() {
    other(x.begin(), x.end(), //
                         [&](int, int) { return 1; });
  }

After:
  void f() {
    other(x.begin(), x.end(), //
          [&](int, int) { return 1; });
  }
