Allow all parameters on next line for function calls in Chrome.

The style guide only forbids this for function declarations. So,
now

someFunction(
    aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, aaaaaaaaaaaa);

Is allowed in Chromium mode.
