Set loc earlier in CheckSingleInitializer to avoid emitting a
diagnostic without a location. This produces:
simpleTest.c:2:18: error: initializer element is not constant
int *myPointer = &(myArray[2]);
^~~~~~~~~~~~~
instead of:
error: initializer element is not constant
