Link ASan runtime library with -z global. This puts it ahead of other libraries (and the main executable) in the symbol lookup order, and will help us get rid of asanwrapper. Disabled on Darwin because of the older toolchain. Change-Id: I8154b4b6ec68e90597f4292e16dad8af5fd4f5f1
