elfutils: fix build with bfd linker The bfd linker optimizes out less code, and is therefore more sensitive to missing symbols in code that is never called. Replace the dgettext symbol, which is used but never called and doesn't exist, with a macro. Change-Id: I7f840813892c9cc847b805d66cf53f581c114dc8
