Temporarily recognize exc_type EXC_BREAKPOINT with an exc_code of 0 (normally undefined) as indicating a breakpoint hit, in addition to the normal (EXC_BREAKPOINT, EXC_ARM_BREAKPOINT) pair. <rdar://problem/13730366> git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/lldb/trunk@180216 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8
