Reverting switch to the AsyncOutputStream for the Thread Trace Logger. This change caused the logger to crash. Presumably we're printing at a time the debugger isn't ready to print. git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/llvdb/trunk@133629 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8
