Forgot to write out the NULL terminator when putting C string value into a data using DataEncoder. Added DataEncoder to the lldb-forward.h file. git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/llvdb/trunk@138950 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8
