Handle regmasks in findRegisterDefOperandIdx().
Only accept register masks when looking for an 'overlapping' def. When
Overlap is not set, the function searches for a proper definition of
Reg.
This means MI->modifiesRegister() considers register masks, but
MI->definesRegister() doesn't.
