Cleanups:

Mangler.cpp: Constify parameter to makeNameProper, and use const_iterator.
 Make Count an unsigned int, and use utostr().
 Don't name parameters things that start with underscore.
Mangler.h: All of the above, and also: Add Emacs mode-line.  Include <set>.
