rename Type::isIntegral to Type::isInteger, eliminating the old Type::isInteger.
rename Type::getIntegralTypeMask to Type::getIntegerTypeMask.

This makes naming much more consistent.  For example, there are now no longer any
instances of IntegerType that are not considered isInteger! :)
