Fix a really annoying bug in bugpoint that made reducing C++ testcases almost impossible with the new CFE. It now guarantees that the static ctor/dtor list is correctly split between the modules. git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/llvm/trunk@26624 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8
