A few inline asm cleanups:
  - Make targetlowering.h fit in 80 cols.
  - Make LowerAsmOperandForConstraint const.
  - Make lowerXConstraint -> LowerXConstraint
  - Make LowerXConstraint return a const char* instead of taking a string byref.
