Sign-extend values used to index arrays (and Simplify SetOperandsForMemInstr significantly). Load and Store no longer have any indices. Eliminate spurious sign-extension on a cast to float/double. git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/llvm/trunk@3498 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8
